Snowfall is almost unknown but if it does occur, it is usually light and does not remain on the ground for more than half a day. There are two airports in Tel Aviv-Yafo: Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) and Sde Dov Airport (SDV). To get from Ben Gurion Airport to downtown in Tel Aviv-Yafo, you can take a taxi for about 55-65 NIS (+5 NIS extra charge for credit card payment) or a shuttle bus for 20 NIS. You can exchange money at several currency exchange kiosks located at Ben Gurion Airport.
