There are two airports in Spokane - Spokane International Airport (GEG) and Felts Field Airport (SFF). You can get from the main airport (GEG) to downtown Spokane via the Spokane Airport Shuttle for $20 one-way or $30 round-trip. You can also take a taxi, Uber or Lyft to downtown Spokane which will range from $20 to $35 one-way. There is no currency exchange at either of the Spokane airports so you should plan on exchanging your money before you arrive.
